Cajun Trout Alfredo with Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Trout
  • Asparagus
  • Fettuccine noodles

Directions:

Oil and season fish (with your favorite cajun seasoning ) Heat grill to high clean grill grates once hot. Immediately after clean lower heat to med/high and place fish on grill skin side up for 3-5 min, repeat for skin side. then turn grill of put fish on top shelf and let rest until ready to serve. - clean and trim asparagus and cook in a med size sauce pan with 1/4 in of water for 4-5 min on high with a lid covering it. - boil large pot of water and put fettuccine noodles in and cook for approx. 7-9 min. start checking noodle tenderness at 8 min. make sure you stir occasionally while cooking especially right when you put the noodles in the water. combine drained noodles to your heated favorite alfredo sauce and then plate and add your asparagus and fish on top.
