Port Clinton to Bass Islands Area Fishing Report

1-31-22 Port Clinton Ohio
Started out of the 31 Down off the west shore. Jigging Krockidile spoons and 1/2-3/4 pimples tipped with minnows. Yellow and white were the best colors most days.
We had action most of the time and at times the fish would be negative and then go into a feeding frenzy.
Most fish were 19-22” fish. We did pull some bigger fish with one at 8lbs.
Also the ice is about 9” clear on all the spots I checked and fished. The ice is in great shape.
