9-4-25 Oscoda Area Fishing Report
The recent crazy blows finally rolled the lake and surface water temperature is about 1-2 degrees different than down 140’.  A consistent mix bag of Kings, Coho, Atlantic salmon with many walleye being caught. A few salmon have been taken off the AuSable River mouth long lining J Plugs 100-120’ back   Glow wonder bread has been very popular. Offshore starting around 80’ - 140’ walleye have been plentiful. Silver streak jr. spoons in green dolphin and anything with orange pattern working very well. The cooler nights and rain predicted for the next few days will bring more salmon in close.
