Grilled Bluegill fish Tacos


  • Bluegill
  • Flour or corn tortilla
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 T. mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill relish


- Heat grill to med/high - Oil and season your fish with garlic salt and pepper - Place on the grill cook 2 min per side with lid closed Plate and create your taco on flour or corn tortilla with whatever veggies you like. I use a lot of fresh peppers onion and tomato. Top with tarter sauce (1/2 c. mayo 1/2 tsp pepper. 1 T. mustard 1/4 cup dill relish)
