Parmasean Crusted Walleye

Ingredients:

  • Walleye
  • 1 pack of Ritz crackers
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Store bought Ore-ida potatoes

Directions:

- parmasean crust prep: - 1 pack of ritz crackers crushed in gallon bag - 1/3 cup grated parmasean - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp pepper - 3 eggs whisked in a med size bowl for egg wash - combine all dry ingredients together. Dip your fish in egg wash, and then coat with your breading. - cooking - heat a medium size sauce pan on med/high with 3 Tbsp butter. Once butter is melted batter fish and put it in the pan skin side up cook fish on each side for 3-5 min. - steam mixed veggies(broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) in a medium sauce pan on med/high with a 1/4 inch of water covered for 4-5 min. - cheesy potatoes (store bought Ore-ida potatoes ) follow instructions
