- 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 C. olive oil - 1 T soy sauce -Combine all ingredients in a mixing boil. Add trout and refrigerate for 15 min. Cooking - Heat grill to high and clean the grates. then place fish on the grill skin side up and reduce the heat to med. Cook for 3-5 min on each side with the lid closed. Caprese salad - fresh tomatoes - fresh mozzarella - sliced red onions - fresh spring mix or spinach - Balsamic vinaigrette - Combine ingredients and top with balsamic vinaigrette
