South West Lower Peninsula Area Fishing Report

1-23-22 SW Michigan Fishing report for Hardy. There's a lot of guys fishing out in 20 to 30 feet catching a few perch. Had on two Pike on tippups on the drop off from 10 to 15 feet. Found the big boy perch in between 10 and 20 feet if you can find weeds. Bigger fish definitely are coming on a full minnow. Small Hali Jigs are working best with a minnow head or full minnow. Largest so far is 13 inches!
