As for the report. Lower Stretches of the pere Marquette and Manistee rivers have been fishing well with thundersticks and skein under a float. Lots of great quality fish around this year! Make sure to bring heavy gear because these fish pull hard. 20 lb leaders have been the normal. Ask for Brett Feenstra at the Outdoorsmen River Guide Service.
