Marquette Area Fishing Report

February 2nd, 2021

2-1-21 Marquette
Inland trout are biting very well on small tungsten jigs and jawjackers with minnows. Bite windows happen every hour when the fish swim through. Early morning is the best.
Perch on rosies and wax-worms on pink hair jigs on bottom , fish have moved off the feeding grounds.
Big blue gills in shallow on wax worms tipped on gold and orange micro jigs, small presentation when the bite is slow.
We are moving off of inland lakes and onto the big water. Cohos are coming through more frequently than previous years and splake and whitefish are of good size with the occasional superior perch. Ice is growing fast. If you want to have a great ice fishing adventure, contact Mike at +19063627916 Marquette Adventures.
