5-16-25 Alpena region has been on fire. Mixed bag and Huron Grand Slams have begun folks. Short coppers, high divers, and shallow riggers are all talking silvers. Dreamweaver superslim spoons pulled at 2.5 mph in 40-50 feet of water has been the best. Targeting 25-30 feet down with all presentations. Fish have been biting all day long with mid day being best. This hot bite should remain for several more weeks with the big bug hatches happening. Get your dates booked soon.
