Casting in flats to drop offs using Rapala husky jerks and Berkeley Hit Sticks have produced walleyes ranging from 2 pounds to 10 pounds. Slowly work bait off these areas for best results.
Trolling with rod in hand in depths 13-20 feet of water has produced best in the evening or night time bite. Best speed 1.2-1.4 gps speed. Rapala Husky jerks have been very good when trolling at night sometimes with split shot size 7 3 feet from the bait. Contact captain Nick Dood at 616-293-4306 to get out on this great bite!
