10-29-25 Lake Gogebic in the Western U.P is a fall fisherman’s paradise. We just spent the day on the water with Justin Soffa from Just Fish Guide Service. We boated well over 20 beautiful small mouth bass and one very nice walleye. Fall in the western UP is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to Tim and Sarah at Timbers resort for a great cabin. Thanks to Justin for a memorable day on the water. This guy is one of the best ice fisherman on Gogebic. Whether it’s winter or summer, the western upper Peninsula offers a variety of great fishing experiences.
You can’t catch them if you’re sitting at home.
